Full Event Planning
Give us a call. We’ll take it from there. From finding you the most magical wedding venue, to building a dream team of the most fantastic vendors in the city, to pulling it all together for a stunning wedding that is unambiguously you. First, we listen. We get to know you. Then we help to build on your ideas, share new ones, and craft your perfect wedding. We meticulously plan every event detail from concept design to venue selection to day of event production and coordination.
We work with our vast network of vendors and partners to meet your budget needs. Our relationships with the best in the business in NYC and internationally ensures high quality across the board and means there will be no surprises come wedding day.
Partial Event Planning
You’ve got some of the pieces in place, but now you’re looking for a team to lighten the load, bring in fresh inspo and generally have your back down the homestretch. Whether you need help with event design, building out your vendor team, or any other longer term support or problem solving, this is the package for you. From the first call, you’ll have an experienced planner take over and coordinate the day to make sure everything runs according to plan. This service begins 12 to 14 weeks prior to your wedding. We’ll confirm the details with you and all vendors involved and will manage the entire event making sure everything goes according to plan so you can enjoy the fruits of your labor without stressing any of the details.
Day of Coordination
Congrats! You’ve planned your own wedding! Phew. Now it’s time to relax and enjoy the journey. We’ll provide expert coordination services in the final weeks leading up to your wedding to ensure everything runs flawlessly. We’ll build out your Timeline and Floor Plan design and coordinate with all your vendors so that everyone is where they’re supposed to be.
When the big day arrives, you can focus on saying "I do" while we handle the rest, from coordinating vendors to executing your dream design.
